Aurélie Louis-Napoléon


Now, I'm a PhD candidate in Physics at IMFT (Toulouse). My doctoral research focuses on the "Numerical simulation of the convection inside the lithosphere using a front capturing technique". Until october 2017, I was a research engineer working at LIED Lab, in collaboration with the Energy and Prosperity academic Chair [1]. In 2016, I graduated from INSA Rouen (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées [2]) in Energy Engineering and Propulsion. My activities in the LIED dealed with the developing of an ecological economic model, including specific thermodynamics-linked aspects, like the availability of the resources, the recycling rate and the intensity of use of the resources. The modeling also accounts for thermodynamics categories such as quantity, quality, extensive or intensive character of a parameter, conservation and degradation concepts.
